Hi,
I am a college student with a project for a public speaking class that I think some of you might be able to help me out with. The topic of my last speech is on how frustrating it is to use the internet especially when using a screen reader. The two points I will be covering is the lack of text behind the links and how frustrating doing a search. I have seen many times on this list serve about legislation in Congress to make the internet more easier for people with visual impairments to use. In this speech with have to get the audience to do something and I would like to write a letter and have the audience members sign and submit it to Congress. I need help in who I would contact. I would need a name and an address. Also, I am wondering if any of you out their has had the same frustration with the internet. This would help emphasize my points. I am appreciated and look forward to hearing from anyone. I need my information by April 12, 2000. You can contact me at [log in to unmask]
I thank you for any help.
