Heat could shut down the power supply as well. A 300 Watt PS is too wimpy for what you're running.  I see from other e-mails you are getting a case that comes with a 420 W PS.  Good price of $58 for the case and PS, but keep in mind that the PS they're giving you is going to be a low end model of some generic.  You should have a back up for it.  Look on ebay for one.
