Consult your MOBO manual for the beeps and the meaning. Also if I were you I
would remove the MOBO and check for damage or cracks etc.... Verify that
when you are installing it that it is not shorting out by touching any metal
other than the standard metal mouting posts.
Also try using different ram sticks.
