David,

In this case, the important specs for problem solving are the motherboard
and BIOS manufacturers.  You should be able to look up the beep codes and
troubleshooting spec's from their web sites, given the model numbers and
firmware versions.  If you'd care to share that information, I'm sure
someone could suggest a place to find help.
