Hi,
For cooking and such, Fleischmann's unsalted is best. For Toast, Smart
Balance *light* is the one that's dairy free, I believe. It used to be
that regular Smart Balance was not dairy free - and I, as a matter of
course, check regularly anyway. To me, the Smart Balance flavor is
about the best. And it's cheaper than Benecol or the others ;-)
Of course, de gustibus non disputandum est. And your mileage may very . . .
