Wendy Wagner -- You must also be careful with prescription drugs. Several
times my family doctor prescribed medications which contained lactose as a
filler. I always remind him nowadays. I began to wonder about my meds after
feeling poorly for several days and was confident I knew what I had eaten.
So the meds were fingered and proved to be the villain.
