Hi All,

The LEF have just released a new glucose lowering supplement which seems to
be
very effective at reversing Insulin resistance in human cells. The effect
of
this supplement could a major biggie as age related blood glucose & Insulin
increases have been shown to be very Anti-Aging.

To present the major supplements / methods used to achieve lowered Insulin
resistance are Alpha Lipoic Acid, Chromium Picolinate / Nicotinate, exercise
and
moving to a low GI carb diet.

Reducing Insulin resistance (the inability of Glucose to easily flow into
cells)
allows more energy storage as muscle, less as body fat, lower Insulin levels
and
enhanced GH release.
