Hi List mates,

I have learned so much through you all.  I am getting so much better but
seem to be having a reaction to wheat or dairy somewhere.  Maybe you all
can help.  It seems to be occurring when I take the supplement for
arthritis Glucosamine and Chondroitin.  I changed brands from Sundown's
Osteo-Bi-Flex to Now Glucosamine and Chondroitin.  Have any one of you
all had trouble with this supplement?  It does seem to helping with the
arthritis since I have been able to reduce the Ibuprofen to almost
nothing.
