Here is a recipe for Caramel Corn.
Caramel Corn
1 cup butter 1/2 tsp. baking soda
2 cups brown sugar 1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 cup corn syrup 6 Quarts popped corn
Melt butter, stir in sugar and syrup. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Boil without stirring for 5 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in soda and vanilla.
Gradually pour over popped corn, mixing well. Pour into 2 large baking pans. I just use baking sheets. Bake @ 250 degrees for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes.
Turns out great.
