Less than two weeks remain before The Second Annual Gluten-Free Culinary
SummitT takes the stage in Denver, CO on August 17 - 19 at The DoubleTree
Hotel. Gluten-free culinary authorities Carol Fenster and Jacqueline
Mallorca will be among the exemplary cast of presenters who will be sharing
cutting-edge gluten-free baking and cooking expertise designed to make your
palate swoon. Gluten-free living has never tasted so good!  

Presenting a full weekend of scrumptious gluten-free baking and cooking
classes that explores the vast world of gluten-free gastronomy, The Summit
continues to champion the gluten-free food movement from the perspective of
abundance, sound nutrition, and above all, exceptional taste.

James Beard Award-Winning broadcaster and long-time Aspen Food & Wine
Classic moderator Steve Dolinksy will be the Master of Ceremonies on Friday,
August 17 and visionary nutritionist/author Marc David will emcee on
Saturday, August 18 and Sunday, August 19.
