Hey all.

I just talked to the Jell-o people, who told me that all gluten-containing
ingredients are now listed on the box. I made some instant pudding for my
husband and I did not notice any specific gluten-containing things in the
ingredients list. It did include maltodextrin and modified food starch, but
both of these things can be made from corn or other things. The woman on the
phone (reading the info from her computer, obviously) told me the company
suggests we be aware of ingredients such as spelt, tricticale, etc., which
also contain gluten, though we may not know it.

This meant to me that I could have some pudding! It would be great if more
companies got in the habit of listing exactly what modified food starch and
artificial color/flavor are made out of.
