Hi,

I'm thinking of making an ice cream cake for my celiac son's 2nd birthday
party this weekend.  The ice cream part is easy but I'm looking for ideas
on what to use for the crust.  Has anyone used any gf crumbled cookies
successfully and if so, how did you prepare them?  Any other crust ideas?
