I've prepared dinner from scratch every day for the past 14 months.  But
summer is coming and I'm getting weary. I'm eyeing supermarket rotisserie
chickens.  I wonder what experience celiacs, especially very sensitive
ones, which I am, have had with these items. Safeway's especially.  I've
read the archives re Boston Chicken, but don't have one close by.  I'll
