Hi Everyone,

I received three replies saying that Lamb's Cornmeal is safe as they only
grind cornmeal in their mill and it can be purchased at some Wal-Mart stores.
Otherwise the phone number is 817-582-2405 and twelve 2 lb bags can be
purchased for $10.00 plus $11.15 for shipping.  Their address is 1 Box 66,
Hillsboro TX 76645.

One individual recommended Arrowhead Mills cornmeal, another recommended
Purity which can be purchased in Canada.

EnerG Foods sells a cornmix but not plain cornmeal and of course this would be
safe as are all their gluten free foods.
