I am a long distance biker and am interested in comparing notes with other
bikers on sport drinks, gels, bars, etc that are GF. I am new at the sport
and still learning about heart rate, etc. I have a 2 day/170mile ride coming
up and am concerned about whether I should just plan on having a person to
meet me at the stops with food to ensure a GF source. Are there any other
bikers out there and how do you deal with this?
