Hi Folks,

Just got a bread machine and am going to try making my own bread. I have the
Betty Hagman GF Baking book. All of her recipes call for egg replacer. I would
like to just replace the egg replacer with egg--but she gives no equivalency.
Does anyone know how to convert that? Is it possible?
