I googled  on "amateur radio repeater Puerto Rico" and noticed the ARTSCI
web site has listings for Puerto Rico.  Here's a link  to the Artsci
repeater site.  Also check out the other google results, there's lots of
info there.

like to use my HT.  Can I do that in PR, and are the offsets the same
as in the States?  Does anyone have a repeater listing for
