I just phoned Quaker Oats Canada after reading on the list something about
gluten in their rice cakes. Their customer service rep. told me:

The following products are GF:

All rice cakes, all flavours, incl. the ones with corn : are GF
Gatorade
Corn Meal
Aunt Jemima Syrup (as it is corn-based).

Note: I didn't not inquire about cross-contamination.
