Wade, what I do feel personally is just a personal feeling
and is not what I would recommend as the ideal nutrition for everybody.
So just leave it to me as I leave to you whatever you prefe
r.

Concerning feelings.. I consider it a good idea to look at and food-item to
be consumed, in its raw state, and then to decide if I had lust
to eat it.
I think if you then feel like killing and eating that rabbit or cow or
whatever.. and you need it, then you really *should* do it.

My POV if I had to say it in a few sentences:
As an ideal nutrition I'd actually.. as Rick understood.. stand for
a small animal food portion. Much smaller that the average western diet.
So that a big part of the needed protein (how high you ever may set it)
comes from plants.
And priority *one* to provide an adequate fiber and vitamin supply.
As it is scientifically assumed for paleolithic times.
