        Good analogy.  This is where I like my pemmican to be.  If it
doesn't hold together well the meat is too moist.  My teeth are pressure
sensitive, so I have to eat the stuff carefully.  It took me about a day
to get used to.  It's great stuff, though.  Real quality food.
