Hi.

I have been reading quite a bit lately on oats. According to multiple
studies, oats are not harmful to Celiacs as long as they are not contaminated
during processing. My question is regarding the processing. How would I
ever know if oats are safe?

The thought of adding oatmeal to my diet is so enticing that I am tempted to
just take the chance. But I know better and will not until I hear back from
the group.

Has anyone else had luck with oats or know of oat flour or products which are
safe?

Thanks ahead of time.
