Finally, I have found spaghetti that doesn't melt away in the cooking water.
I had given up preparing the 'family' sauce, a slow-simmered, full-bodied
creation, because it didn't taste right over a plate of mushy pasta.
I have no connection to the company, I just like their product.
I can buy it in many health food stores in the Montreal area. I have never
contacted the manufacturer. It's called: NF BROWN RICE PASTA SPAGHETTI.
