There's lots of possibilities here.
First, tell us what the operating system is, and what kind of computer.
It would also help to know how much memory you have.
Do you have anti-virus and anti-spyware software installed and up to 
date? Run a full virus and spyware scan.
You may want to visit windows update also, to be sure you have the 
latest security updates.
Open My Computer, right-click on the "C" drive icon, select properties, 
and look under the General tab to see how much space is available on the 
drive. A nearly full drive can cause this problem.
