Had Valentine's Day dinner tonight at Pasta Vino, on Kings Highway, in Maple Shade, NJ. (Just north of route 38)

1. They were highly accommodating about recommending wheat-free, gluten-free meal. (I do not bring my own pasta, but with mashed potatoes and vegetables, who needs it!?) Seemed to know about it. Knew their ingredients.
2. The food was delicious.
3. I even had dessert. The waitress checked. I had strawberries dipped in chocolate.
4. We took another couple out for professional reasons, and they managed to handle my diet without calling attention to it.

Note: We went before the crowd. Early dinner is always less complicated for kitchen help.

The waitress recommended the grilled dishes. I had chicken. It was excellent.

Lin
