Thanks for the responses to the rice flour dilemna .  I won't use the Arrowhead Mills Brown rice flour.  I have Bob's Red Mill All Purpose GF Baking Flour and wonder if that would work for gravy.   Anyone know?  I won't be able to get any rice flour before Thursday. Thank you. Helen
