My son has a fieldtrip to a French restaurant. I know this sounds like a
nightmare waiting to happen. I will call the restaurant ahead to run
interference for my son, so that his food is picked out. However, I want him
to know what to say in English AND French (this is a French class activity).
If anyone has a French card or can translate an English card for me, I would
greatly appreciate being sent the translation via email.

This is an important step towards independence and responsibility for my
son. Please no emails about how I am an irresponsible parent letting my
child go on this field trip.

Thank you,

Betty
