The next meeting of the Houston Celiac Support Group features Bob Levy's
Eating Out Workshop - Gluten Free/Wheat Free on Saturday, Sept. 20,
beginning at 10 a.m. to about 3:00.  Reservations are required and the
deadline is this week. The fee is $15 per person, or $25 per family. The
place is Memorial Drive Presbyterian Church, 11612 Memorial Drive at
Blalock, Rooms 101/102. This is the second time we have asked Bob to
come give his special workshop to new celiacs and those with wheat
sensitivities. After his presentation and discussions, you will feel
much more comfortable about going out to eat in a variety of situations.
Restaurants are critical places for cross contamination, so it behooves
us to know what questions to ask to get the best meal possible free of
