Is your CD burner supported by the burning software?  If you have a manual that came with the software check it out.  Otherwise, go to the software developer's web site to find out if yours is supported.  They may have a software update or patch that provides support for burners that were not supported.  If not, you may have to get different software.  You might want to try "Nero Burning ROM" at www.nero.com.They have a free 30 day trial download.


I have Sony CD Burner which I also use as my CD player. My CD Rom player
