Go to control panel and look at "network" in each computer.  Do the one that sees all the others first.  Copy down the settings on that computer and compare that to the other.  Have you bound TCP/IP to client for microsoft networks and file and printer sharing in each computer? Check the identification tab to see if you've named the computers correctly.
