God, jenn, that's terrible.  Is there any way you can come to the USA to have
the surgery? I doubt our lists are as long. You should go to A first rate
place, like Stanford Univ. then they can refer you to somebody, I'm sure.

I'd be just as angry as you are, but please don't let your anger cause you
any pain!
