Art took the original detailed essay off the website and offered a "new"
printed version for $15...then he stopped that offer and suggested that he
was working on the book.  Otherwise, I am not aware of the original essay
or anything similar still being available on the web.  Probably Tamir Katz'
website is the next best thing.
