Is this the same way that bacon fat is magically transformed into
trans-fatty acids?
I am sorry you don't have the time but making statements without any
evidence is not very convincing.

  Think about it.  Cans are heated to a very high temperature.  At what
temperature does fish oil break down?  This seems only logical to me.  I
wish I had the time to get the particulars, but I don't.
