Sorry, the 10:1 is for black walnuts. Persian or English walnuts are 5:1.

The one that came with the pplp tapes has, for 1 tbsp of walnut oil:
O-6: 52.9
O-3: 10.4

which is roughly 5:1

Is there another book?
