  I meant nothing by this except I don't have the time right away to
research this. Priorities, you know?  I'm not trying to convince anyone of
anything.  Consider it a seed planted.  It makes sense to me. When I get a
chance this week I'll look more deeply into it.

As far as the bacon goes, how about if I back up and just question the
nitrites, nitrates, and smoking, often artificial smoking?  Is this not a
recipe for free radical damage?  I'm only asking that someone tell me how in
the world bacon can be paleo.
