You may not be able to if you have Windows 95 A as it has the 2 GB
partition limitation. You can back up data and reinstall with a FAT32
version of Windows (Windows 95B or higher or Windows 98) and create
partitions to your needs using Fdisk.exe (comes on the Windows rescue
floppy). Or if you actually do have a FAT32 version you can buy a
commercial product like PartitionMagic to resize partitions without
using fdisk. Check the version of Windows you have by rightclicking on
My Computer and leftclicking on Properties. These are the versions of
Windows that will appear:

4.00.950 Windows 95
4.00.950A Windows 95 plus the Service Pack 1 Update or OEM Service
Release (SR) 1
4.00.950B SR2.0 or 2.1 (SR2.1 has "USB Supplement to SR2" in
Add/Remove Programs)
4.00.950C SR 2.5
4.10.1998 Windows 98
4.10.2222A Windows 98 SE
