Fabu,
It depends on what kind of housing Mike is referring to. If he's referring to a
house (property) then it's a different case. If he's coming to Madison as a
student to rent an apartment then he might be able to afford it by working as
other students here do. Fabu, your claim about housing problem "if you are not
white has no stated premises to your conclusion on white/middle class
affordability of housing. Could you please convince me more on why housing is a
problem "if you are not white or middle class". It would be informational to me.
