article to the sub-heading Metabolic Revolutions which theorizes the
detrimental effect grain consumption had on our ancesters.

Chapter One of Evolutionary Fitness also describes a hypothetical modern
day New York couple transported back to prior to the last Ice Age and the
adjustments they would have to make in their diet to thrive in their new
environment.
