I agree with you Jean-Claude.

My impression from this discussion is that people are trying to justify
their drinking by stretching and contorting a few paleo factoids. Two
glasses of wine a day is probably thousands of times more than what would
have been imbibed by our paleolithic ancestors.

I thought that alcohol destroys brains cell - which cannot be a good thing?
