Dennis,

I'm at the office in So Ark and can't find the name Todd Rice and his
partner Paul Esterer do business under. I'll post such when I get back to
Little Rock this afternoon. They specialize in projects just like you
mentioned. Ones that wouldn't float without a complicated mix of financing,
grants and tax credits. You can find a mention of the project in "Downtown
is Uptown" in the LR FreePress which you can find on the net. MSN's search
function located the article by title when searching under their names.

Tom

Subject: Creative Financing for Residential units downtwon

I am interested in knowing if anyone has any information regarding
grants, city cooperation, federal programs, etc which encourage the
location of residential units downtown. I am looking for creative ways
to work out the financing. A project which I am working on is just
short of working and the developer will change the project to office if
I cannot find a way to make up the difference.

Thanks
