read the directions *very* carefully.  Istruck out, too, until I realized
that I wasn't really following the directions.

As per usual, send a null subject message with body

SUBSCRIBE SUPPORT-LIST

to the following address -- and note this well:

[log in to unmask]

You'll get back a verification-request message.  Just send the same
message back with a "reply" and you're in.

Note that I kept trying to send the message to
"[log in to unmask]", not "support-request".
Didn't work very well.
