Hi,
I abused my teeth with bulimia and citrus for many years and I now have
porcelain veneers on my front teeth and enamel erosion at the gum line that
I am now halting.
I am interested in any info that helps rebuild enamel.
I am glad to read about the necessity of balancing the fruits with building
sprouts etc.

Kind Regards,
