Hi,



We will be traveling to California in a couple of months and though I'm an
ex-resident it was before I even knew what gluten was let alone needing to
avoid it.  We are traveling with our two small children who also need to
avoid gluten and dairy products.  Any suggestions for restaurants or grocery
stores in San Francisco, Monterey/Carmel (we'll actually be staying in
Carmel Valley but I doubt anything would be out there) would be most
appreciated.  I'll summarize the results!
