I just dug out my King Arthur Flour Catalog, and they do have them in there.

I just joined this loop and it has been very helpful so far.  My oldest son
whom is 8 was just diagnosed as having a wheat and sugar cane allergy.  He's
had problems since an infant and has always been as skinny as a rail.  We hope
to change that now.
