We believe it to be GF, and have a reference file on the topic.
To retrieve it, send an email to [log in to unmask]
with the body GET CELIAC GRAINS.  The file also discusses
other exotic grains, and the new research on oats.

There is at least one celiac support group in the US which
advises their members to avoid amaranth, however most
celiac experts we know disagree with them.
