When my son was first diagnosed I purchased a wonderful guide "book" that
listed all the foods in categories and all the manufacturers of the different
foods.  It told whether or not the item was gluten free. My son's college has
agreed to help him with a gluten free diet and they would like to purchase a copy
of the guide.  I think the celiac association put it out.  Thank you. M Walton
