Hi List Mates, Recently while at my local Asian market I stumbled upon A Taste of Thai rice noodles. Since I miss any type of good noodle I gave them a try. I used them in a chicken stir-fry and they were terrific. I now use them instead of rice pasta for myself when I make Sunday gravy for my family. I can now make a fettuchini alfredo or pasta vodka which I have missed. They also have a website which lists all of their gluten free products. Check it out at atasteofthai.com. <http://atasteofthai.com/> I have also found their noodles, sauces and more in my local ShopRite in Jersey.
Thank you all for passing on your wonderful information.
   Nancy
