The Gluten Free Cookie Jar (phone 215-355-9403) modified their recipe to make
us a batch of gluten free, egg free and dairy free bagels and pretzels.
Compared with regular gluten bagels, they are heavy but edible.  Having had no
bagels since going GF almost  2 yrs ago, my 9 year old is delighted.
 
I found the staff very helpful and pleasant, and have already reordered.
