Are you finding it at room temperature or frozen in your stores? Our Whole
Foods (White Plains, NY) had the bread and bagels at room temperature, but
at those temperatures, the "use by" dates are useless and the bagels I had
started growing green mold... I'm just not sure how to tell how long
they've been sitting on the shelf at Whole Foods, so how long to expect it
will last when we get it home. Or whether I should keep it at room
temperature, or put it in the refrigerator or freezer when I get home.

It was, by far, the best bread I've had since being diagnosed though!! The
bagels were delicious too!!
