On Monday,Jan 31, a list was posted containing the names and addresses of senior care communities which are offering  GF menus or, at least are certified to do so.  The last entry on that list was:

Sun City, WA 85351 

Actually, the "WA" should have been "AZ".  All the other info is correct.  I did e-mail the poster, but she has not responded to me or to this list.  I have no relationship to this institution, but I'm a neighbor who recognized the name, street, city and zip code (but not the state abbreviation) and thought the corrected information might be important to some readers.
