Looking for a good healthy gf bread for a German friend who is temporarily
in NYC. She is a research student at Brooklyn College and living in Fort
Green area of Brooklyn

She has celiac and type I diabetes - the whole foods breads she has found,
while gf, are very high glycemic and not good for her sugar levels. Anyone
know of a good bakery or market in these neighborhoods which carries a more
healthful gf bread?

TIA, lynn robbins
